Greetings, DangerKatts! Welcome to lucky Episode XIII of MAKERS, where I speak with artists who make and shape culture! This week, I interview Director/Producer/Writer and all-around force of nature Amanda Raymond!

Amanda Raymond is currently in post-production on the TV series she produced called The Potwins, with Kevin Sorbo, Barry Botswick, Jon Lovitz and Tia Carrere, and her first feature film–which she Directed, Co-Wrote and served as an Executive Producer on–You Are My Home, starring Alyssa Milano and Angel Parker, just premiered on NETFLIX this past holiday season.
Amanda also wrote/directed/produced the award-winning short film From Emily, which was on the Reduced List for Oscar consideration for the 2020 awards, and has been optioned to be turned into a feature film. Amanda is also a novelist, and her first novel, Son of Sherlock, debuted in 2017.
Amanda is a very interesting and hardworking Maker who is vastly experienced in the TV and film industry! Check out our interview below to learn all about it!
